MORE THAN A HOLIDAY

Every day our quad tours pass through the villages of the north of Zanzibar. Many of our guests tell us that meeting these families was the most moving moment of their trip: the children running to say hello, the women cooking for the whole family, the smiles despite a very simple life.

After these visits, many travellers ask us the same question: how can we help? This page is our answer.

OUR PROJECTS

With the support of our guests, we want to improve daily life in the villages around our base:

- Water wells, so that families have clean water close to home

- Small bridges and paths, so that children can reach school safely during the rainy season

- Electricity and solar lights for homes and the village school

- School supplies, clothes and food for the families who need it most

KIDOTI VILLAGE

Kidoti is the village our guests visit during the quad tour. Here, most families live without running water, and many homes have no electricity. Our first goal is a new water well for the village, then solar lighting for the houses. Every contribution, big or small, brings these projects closer.

KILIMANI VILLAGE

We also support families in Kilimani with food, school supplies and help for the elderly.
