1. How can I book an activity?

You can book directly on our website. A member of our team will contact you on WhatsApp to provide all the details.

2. Is the drone included in the activities?

For transparent kayak, drone photos/videos are included.
For jetcar and jetski, the drone is also included.
For quad tours and excursions, the drone is available as an optional add-on.

3. How do I receive my photos and videos?

For Quad excursions, you will be filmed with a latest-generation phone during the activity, and you will receive the photos the next day via a download link (Google Drive / WeTransfer).
For Kayak, Jetski, and Jetcar, you can receive the photos immediately after the excursion if you do not want them to be edited.
But if you prefer edited photos, you will also receive them the next day via a link (Google Drive / WeTransfer).

4. Is the transfer from my hotel included?

Yes, most activities include a free round-trip transfer from the Nungwi/Kendwa area.
If your hotel is outside the free-transfer zone, we can help you book a taxi at a very reduced price.

5. Are the activities safe?

Yes, we place great importance on safety:

• Helmets & equipment provided
• Professional guides
• Briefing before each activity
• Insured activities that meet safety standards

6. What should I bring for the activities?

We recommend bringing:

• Sunscreen
• Sunglasses
• Swimsuit / comfortable clothing

7. What happens in case of bad weather?

If conditions do not allow the activity to be carried out safely, we offer:

• A schedule change
• A date change
• Or a full refund

8. Can I pay in dollars, euros, or via mobile money?

9. Can children participate?
Yes, depending on the activity:

Kayak: from 5 years old (with an adult)
Quad: passenger from 6 years old
Jet Ski: passenger from 5 years old

Jetcar: from 5 years old (accompanied)
